Assistant Store Manager (Gilroy, CA)

Generate retail sales of Bose products within the Bose retail store and help increase awareness in the marketplace. Conduct presentations, provide quality exposures and product demonstrations, deliver optimum customer service, develop strong customer rapport, and stimulate an exciting shopping experience. Guide and develop members of the Bose team, work with store sales personnel to ensure proper product, promotional, and use knowledge. Assist the store manager in executing operational programs and processes and facilitating the Employee Development Program.
Skills Minimum 2-4 years of supervisory experience required with at least 1 year of retail experience preferred. Retail management experience desirable. Requires ability to deliver presentations to large groups.
Education High School degree or equivalent with up to 2 years of college. MNST
