Audio Engineer

You will perform basic research in audio reproduction with an emphasis on automotive systems. You will design and prototype new system concepts.

Specific Responsibilities:

•Performing acoustic measurements and formal listening tests to evaluate system performance.

•Optimizing system performance for real world environments.

•Development and test new audio signal processing algorithms.
Skills The ideal candidate should have a MSEE with at least 4 years experience in Audio and Signal Processing. Expertise using Matlab and a strong understanding of acoustics and acoustic measurement techniques is required. A basic understanding of psychoacoustics is highly desirable. A working knowledge of transducers and loudspeaker enclosures is also a plus.
